I Love My DVR!

I adore my DVR. I really do. I don't ever have to worry about missing my favorite shows. I just have to remember to make sure the DVR doesn't get too full and erases them before I have a chance to watch them. Right now, I've got an episode of CSI: Miami running.

One of the greatest features is being able to fast forward through commercials. And when I'm watching wrestling, if it's a match I'm not interested in, I just fast forward through it. No problems, no worries. :) It's awesome. I love not having to put up with commericals if I don't want to, and if I've seen a show already, I just delete it. I can even set the DVR not to tape repeats, or not to tape a show if it's already on the DVR. It is so great, I can't see how I ever lived without my DVR. Of course, I wouldn't need the DVR so much if it weren't for the fact that I generally speaking work when my shows are on. LOL

And might I say, I love being able to order Domino's pizza online. It's really great to not have to talk on the phone in order to get some pizza delivered. I talk on the phone 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I really don't want to have to talk on the phone at home as well.

So there you have it...my two favorite inventions at the moment. The DVR & online pizza ordering. :)
