I really can! Of course, the only reason I can see fine is that I wore several different pairs of prescription eyeglasses over the years that finally "corrected" my vision. Actually I probably should still have glasses, but frankly, at the prices they charge for them, I'll deal with it. I have the option for vision insurance at work, but paying monthly for something I can only use once a year, and only to pay for part of my glasses and eye exam isn't worth it, considering last time I had my eyes checked and got glasses, the premiums for 12 months of vision insurance cost more than my exam, frames, and lenses combined! Not worth it. :)
